The home needed to withstand harsh coastal conditions while maintaining uninterrupted views, natural ventilation, and year round comfort.

We selected weather resistant materials, incorporated passive cooling strategies, and positioned expansive glazing to capture daylight, ocean breezes, and panoramic views throughout the home.
